The idea behind Ignify Consulting was born from the journey of Nitu Sharan, a business leader with over 25 years of rich, cross-industry experience across HVAC, healthcare, lighting, electronics, and industrial solutions.

After driving sales expansion, building strategic alliances, launching new products, and turning around operations in leadership roles, she observed a common challenge across businesses—the absence of scalable processes, research-driven strategies, and solid Go-To-Market (GTM) foundations.
